Terms of Service

Our full terms of service are being finalised and will be published here shortly. In the meantime, use of SimplyDSE is governed by the agreement between your organisation and SimplyDSE.

These terms will set out the rules for using the SimplyDSE platform, including acceptable use, availability, intellectual property, liability, and how the agreement may be ended.

Enterprise agreements

Where SimplyDSE is provided to an organisation under a separate written contract, that contract governs the relationship and takes precedence over these terms.
