SimplyDSE is a workplace DSE and ergonomics compliance platform. We take the privacy of employee data seriously and process it in accordance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
Our role
For the assessment data captured through the platform, SimplyDSE acts as a data processor on behalf of each employer, who is the data controller. We process that data only on the employer's documented instructions and to deliver the service.
Data residency & security
Personal data is stored in the United Kingdom (London region), encrypted in transit and at rest, and protected by strict tenant isolation so each organisation can only access its own data.
